Let It Go

A bad relationship, challenges with your friends/family, stress at work/school. Holding onto this anger, frustration, resentment does nothing but harm ourselves. Let it Go and Forgive. Check out this video and try some of the tips and exercises found in our Mindfulness posts.

Fats are Fantastic

Eggs, Avocado, Coconut Oil/Flakes/Flour, Heavy Cream, Butter, Cheese, Olive Oil, Nuts/Seeds, Meat (small/medium portions) and even small amounts of high cacao dark chocolate. Fats satiate your appetite and are full of flavor. Eat fats and veggies and avoid carbs (grains, sugar, legumes)
