  • 2 tbsp Peeled/Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Mix in a mason jar and cover with cloth and rubber band. Each day add this same ratio of ginger/sugar/water. 3-5 days later, the Ginger Bug should be bubbling up…ready to drink. Pour Ginger Bug through a strainer into a glass and mix with Sparkling Water for a refreshing, slightly sweet/sour taste. Delicious and helps balance your gut bacteria to fight off many illnesses.
